Religion and Politics in the Middle East: Environmental Cooperation as a Path to Peace in the Middle East with ICS - 23905
This session focuses on the complex and diverse religious landscape of the region and considers the ways religion and politics are intertwined in each country in the Middle East. Participants will then transition into environmental challenges in the Middle East that are being addressed through peaceful transboundary collaboration and the introduction of new technologies. Participants will explore those challenges around water resources.
Participants will leave with ready-to-use resources as well as have time to plan where and how to incorporate the learning into the classroom.
