TASB HR - Conducting Employee Investigations - 21749
Successfully handling employee investigations is essential for administrators and supervisors to address employee wrongdoing and recommend employment action when necessary. This interactive training provides practical guidance on how to respond to reports of employee misconduct, develop and implement an investigation plan, collect evidence and conduct interviews, create documentation, implement appropriate consequences, and take next the steps to communicate actions and move forward after the investigation. Participants will have the opportunity to work through workplace scenarios to apply their learning and acquire the tools and resources to conduct employee investigations successfully.
