The Business Center at ESC Region 11 is hosting this Public Funds Investment Training, presented by guest speaker Patrick Shinkle. Patrick is the Director for the Center for Public Management (CPM) at the University of North Texas. Prior to joining CPM, he was a Vice-President at Southwest Securities, a financial services company responsible for providing municipal bond underwriting and financial advisory services to public entities in Texas. He has more than 20 years of experience in public funds management in Texas, including 12 years as an Administrator of LOGIC and five years as part of the TexPool management team. CPAs will receive 4 CPE credits.
