Effective CCMR systems depend on collaboration among the staff who guide student planning, implement programs, report data, and monitor accountability outcomes. This full-day training brings together perspectives from CCMR, PEIMS, accountability, counseling, and special education to examine how decisions made throughout a student’s educational journey affect data reporting and accountability. Participants will explore CCMR indicators, clarify roles and timelines, identify common reporting errors, and use available reports and resources to verify data. District and campus teams will leave with actionable next steps for strengthening communication, data accuracy, and CCMR outcomes.
