2025 - 2026 School Improvement Intervention Training - 35609
This session is designed to meet the needs of multiple campus types based on the 2025 accountability ratings. Participants will engage with the components most relevant to their specific designation. The training will build understanding of key intervention requirements and support effective implementation during the 2025–2026 school year.
Learning will focus on: The Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) process, the Turnaround Plan (TAP) process, Performance Management (PM) expectations & TEA Data Step backs, Foundation Leadership Instructional Practices & Systems (FLIPS) Coaching, Effective Schools Framework (ESF) Diagnostic and Local Classroom Review (LCR), and Grant requirements (where applicable).
Participating campuses may include: Campuses that received their first year of an unacceptable rating (either a first-year “F” or Comprehensive Support designation), Campuses that received an “F” or Comprehensive Support designation for a second or additional year, Campuses currently in Year 2 of a Comprehensive Support designation, and Campuses awarded the 2024–2026 ESF Focus Support Grant

Central Office Administrators, Directors, Instructional Leaders, Principals, Superintendents/Chief Executive Officers, Assistant Principals
Prerequisite/Special Notes
Only campuses fitting one of the following categories need to register: Campuses that received their first year of an unacceptable rating (either a first-year “F” or Comprehensive Support designation), Campuses that received an “F” or Comprehensive Support designation for a second or additional year, Campuses currently in Year 2 of a Comprehensive Support designation, and Campuses awarded the 2024–2026 ESF Focus Support Grant.
Objectives
Participants will develop a foundational understanding of the intervention requirements aligned to their campus designation. By the end of the session, participants will be able to describe the core components of the Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) and Turnaround Plan (TAP) processes, Performance Management expectations, FLIPS coaching, the ESF Diagnostic and Local Classroom Review (LCR), and applicable grant requirements to support initial planning.
