This training session, Best Practices in Leadership and Collaboration, will equip participants with strategies to build cohesive teams, enhance communication, and streamline the integration of services. By focusing on leadership development, role clarity, and practical workload management techniques, we aim to address common challenges faced in real-world educational settings. Participants will explore actionable approaches for leveraging tools like assistive technology, Response to Intervention (RTI), and consultative models while delving into mentoring, meeting efficiency, and interdisciplinary collaboration. We will create a framework for empowering teams to deliver high-quality, student-centered support.
