"Ready, Set, Designate: Ensuring Your District's Readiness for the Teacher Incentive Allotment" is a workshop aimed at preparing your district for the successful implementation of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program. The workshop will cover essential preparation strategies to ensure your district is ready to effectively implement TIA, detail the criteria and processes for designating eligible teachers, and provide insights into the key actions and resources needed to optimize program outcomes and streamline readiness. We highly encourage TIA leads to bring along a collaborative team member or two from your district. Together, you’ll be able to make the most of the planning session and build a stronger strategy for your district!
