DDI 101 is a customized training to support district and campus administrators and teacher leaders in developing a systematic approach to planning for and facilitating data meetings using an established protocol (based on the work of Paul Bambrick Santoyo). This training supports leaders with aligning lesson plans and formative assessments, and building a strong student culture rooted in data-driven decision making.

Objectives
Data-Driven Instruction 101 supports administrators with the skills to:
1. Facilitate and coach data meetings
2. Break down the knowledge and skills required to master the TEKS
3. Analyze student work samples and identify student misconception
4. Support teachers in making and executing reteach plans to quickly and effectively close learning gaps
5. Monitoring the implementation of developed reteach plans
