Sign Language Interpreter Leadership and Management - 33393
This workshop is designed for sign language interpreter leads and/or managers working in the educational setting with students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Evaluation and feedback for interpreters and how to build a master schedule for interpreting while considering skill level and unique students' needs will be discussed. This workshop addresses the following Special Education Self-Assessment Indicators: 6, 8, 18, and 23.

Objectives
Participants will identify various ways to provide feedback and evaluate sign language interpreters.
Participants will explore how to best allocate sign language interpreters when building a schedule considering interpreter skill level and unique students' needs.
Participants will create a draft schedule for sign language interpreters while considering interpreter skill level and unique student's needs.
