This session will cover a variety of topics to include updates to the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Grants Guidance requirements and the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) fund. The morning session will be presented by Tiffany Kesslar, of The Bruman Group, and the afternoon session will be presented by Cory Green, Associate Commissioner at the Texas Education Agency. The session is designed for local education agencies (LEAs) and Federal Program Directors, Special Education Directors, and other business personnel.
