Bite-Sized Transition Components (Transition Assessments) Virtual - 33139
Conducting age-appropriate transition assessments is the foundation for building quality transition services for students with disabilities. This statewide training provides Texas educators with information to complete transition assessments that result in a clear picture of the student’s needs, strengths, preferences, and interests. Whether you have completed many transition assessments or are new to this topic, this training will be a valuable addition to your transition tool kit. Coaching is available upon request for interested participants.
This session was developed by the Student-Centered Transitions Network and is aligned with the transition component of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPPI-13.
