This meal patterns and allergies training is for child and adult care employees who purchase, prepare, and serve meals. The full-day training will include two courses: (1) Meal patterns and (2) Specials Diets including Food Allergies. Our first class will feature the updated meal pattern requirements for child and adult meals in the Child and Adult Care Food Program. We will break for lunch at noon and return at 1:00 p.m. for our second class on Special Diets and Food Allergies.
