Transition Assessment and Goal Generator (TAGG) & Additional Transition Assessments Virtual - 32084

Conducting age-appropriate transition assessments is the foundation for building quality transition services for students with disabilities. This session will provide information and tools needed to conduct meaningful transition assessments. Participants will also receive an overview of the TAGG assessment, website, administration, and results along with additional transition assessments and resources. This session is aligned with the IEP and Secondary Transition components of the TEA required self-assessment and SPPI 13.
