Participants will engage in a refresh of the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) and Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP). The session will develop the participants' understanding of the Effective Schools Framework, the Targeted Improvement Plan, and the Evaluation rubric. School teams will engage in collaboration with the frameworks to develop goals and actions targeted for student success. Campus staff who choose to attend this training are D Rated and/or Targeted or Additional Targeted Support.

Objectives
Participants will gain the skills needed to develop a Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) using the Effective Schools Framework(ESF), understand how to use the TIP Evaluation Rubric, and develop a strong TIP that will lead to fidelity of implementation and improved student outcomes
