Planning and Performance Management ESC Capacity-Building Grant 2022-23 - 31065

Planning and Performance Management (PPM) refers to the actions that organizations, teams, and individuals take to identify and examine their current organizational practices and re-examine what they will do, how and why they are doing it, and if they are doing it well. PPM allows for a systematic approach to aligning organizational goals and actions and knowing if the intended outcomes will be successful and, if not, making adjustments along the way.
