This is Part 5 of an eight-part series. This session is designed to assist families with understanding the importance of a person-centered plan and the role of a circle of support. Families will be provided tools to complete and implement the process, strategies to measure its effectiveness, and guidance on how to make adjustments.

Prerequisite/Special Notes
This session will be provided in Spanish. This is a Texas Workforce Commission Charting the Course Initiative. Families are encouraged to attend each session in the series. Families will have the opportunity to schedule confidential one-on-one benefits counseling with a Certified Community Work Incentive Counselor.
