This is Part 4 of an eight-part series. Participants will gain a working definition of Student Earned Income Exclusion (SEIE) and why it is important. Participants will also understand the different education categories and the required hours related to the rules. We will also discuss a process to request and report monthly and annual exclusions.

This session will be presented in Spanish. This is a Texas Workforce Commission Charting the Course Initiative. Families are encouraged to attend each session in the series. Families will have the opportunity to schedule confidential one-on-one benefits counseling with a Certified Community Work Incentive Counselor.
