ELPS From Theory to Practice: Given practical tools and examples, emergent bilingual teachers will implement English Language Proficiency Standards in lesson plans to address the specific language needs of ELLs across proficiency levels. Content-Based Language Instruction Overview: Given hands-on practice and examples, emergent bilingual teachers will apply key Content-Based Language Instruction strategies to support academic success for EB students.
