iCoaches Unite! Coaching Math Teachers toward Distinguished - 28357
Instructional mathematics coaches are our superheroes! This five-part, in-person series is designed for instructional coaches who support mathematics teachers in the elementary and secondary classroom. Additionally, this series will provide a community of peers to share and learn methods for improving your coaching and leadership skills.
In session 1, iCoaches will develop strategies for building relationships with math educators, practice questioning techniques that support student learning, and identify key instructional strategies that move students forward in their learning. These iCoaches will make connections on how these strategies and techniques can move classrooms from teacher-centered to student-centered and support professional growth.
