The Cornerstone of Social and Academic Success for Migratory Children - 25541

This online Canvas course will focus on the necessity of understanding and meeting the social-emotional learning needs of migratory students within the classroom. Multiple teaching approaches and strategies proven to reach at-risk and highly mobile migratory students will be shared, along with examples of embedding internal and external social-emotional skills into a content lesson plan. Participants will gain tools and resources to serve migratory students all over the United States.
