Region 11 offers compliance training, at no additional cost, to district personnel who are members of the Instructional Solutions and Support contract. Objectives
Upon course completion, the learner will be able to identify: 1) What the law requires of districts and charters under Section 504; 2) The Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA) impact on districts and charters; 3) The 3 Eligibility Questions for the Section 504 Committee; and 4) Additional Section 504 resources.
