Special Education Monitoring Series - Root Cause Analysis - 30329
Root cause analysis is the process of identifying the source or cause of a systemic out-of-compliance area. The training will utilize the Five Whys approach and data analysis to help participants to find the root cause. Identifying the root cause is a team effort. The session will be designed for district teams. Special education personnel interested in learning the process may also attend.
