iCoaches Unite! Coaching Math Teachers toward Distinguished - 30026
Instructional mathematics coaches are our superheroes! This five-part, in-person series is designed for instructional coaches who support mathematics teachers in elementary and secondary classrooms. Additionally, this series will provide a community of peers to collaborate around methods for improving your coaching and leadership skills.
In session 1, iCoaches will develop strategies for building relationships with math educators, define their role as a math coach, and uncover teacher strengths to advance instruction and student achievement. iCoaches will have opportunities to collaborate on how they can support educators in transitioning their classrooms from teacher-centered to student-centered.
