In this session, participants will learn basic desktop, laptop, printer troubleshooting (including network connectivity), terminology, driver status, and windows updates. The overall goal is to provide an opportunity for new and existing campus- or district-level technicians to learn new and enhance existing skills to support staff and students in the everyday workflow of a school day.
