Physical Education for Students with Low-Incidence Disabilities - 29598

Activities and game adaptations for students with low incidence disabilities are essential to creating a sense of belonging and inclusion. This session will provide learners with fun individual and group activities that meet the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). Modeling, examples, and discussions will help educators modify equipment, rules, and games to ensure students with low-incidence disabilities have an opportunity to be successful in mastering PE goals and objectives. The Workshop will conclude with sample stations for low-incidence students.
