Let's Go to Work! Part 3: Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and the Student Earned Income Exclusion (SEIE) - 28874

This is part 3 of a six-part series. Participants will gain a working definition of Student Earned Income Exclusion (SEIE) and why it is important. Participants will gain an understanding about the different education categories and required hours related to rules. Participants will also learn a process to request and report monthly and annual exclusions.

This is a Texas Workforce Commission Charting the Course Initiative. Families are encouraged to attend each session in the series. Families will have the opportunity to schedule confidential one-on-one benefits counseling with a Certified Community Work Incentive Counselor.
