2022 Texas Transition Fair for Students Who Are Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing - 28757

This month-long, statewide, online, asynchronous event will provide helpful resources and activities for high school students who are deaf/hard-of-hearing to explore as they make important decisions, investigate options, and prepare to maneuver life after high school. Participants will learn about college and technical schools, independent living, personal finances, self-advocacy, community resources, and assistive technology specific to the D/HH population. The target audience for this event includes D/HH high school students in Texas (students served in their home districts, a charter school, a private school, or an RDSPD), parents, guardians, and professionals working with D/HH students.
