Leadership Series - Values and Mindset How They Drive Our Work - Let's Be Intentional in 20-21 - 26829

Effective campus and district leaders focus their work by identifying their values and ensuring what we say we value is truly driving our daily work. Beliefs move to actionable results in this three-day dive (two hours each session) into how our values/mindsets can shift thinking to help lead others during times of transition. This is the first of a series of work sessions focused on being intentional with our work. Join us for Day 1 of this series as we look at our Values and Mindsets on 10/13. Day 2 of this series, Creating Clarity: Roles and Responsibilities That Lead to Action on 10/22. The finale in this series, Using Agendas & Calendaring for Intentionality & Accountability will be held on 10/27.

Values and Mindsets is the building cornerstone of this series and should be attended first. Next session in the series is, Creating Clarity: Roles and Responsibilities that Lead to Action. The finale session of Intentional Agenda & Calendars for Instructional leaders move us to action with our everyday tools to be intentional in 20-21.
Objectives
Participants will be able to identify professional values and reflect on current practices to see if they align and guide their daily work. Campus and District leaders will have their beliefs move to actionable results as we look at our values, mindsets as well as those of their employees. This clarity will result in actionable roles, responsibilities, and being intentional with our calendars/agendas.
