Life After High School - 25968
This three-part virtual series for students, families, educators, and vocational rehabilitation counselors will focus on facilitating the transition to post-secondary environments. Participants will learn about tools, resources, and strategies to help youth with disabilities plan and prepare for their lives after high school, including post-secondary education, employment, and daily living.
