Math Strategies in a Virtual World: Grades K-5 - 25914
During this interactive session, participants will meet virtually through Zoom, have time for individual exploration, and collaborate through breakout sessions. By the end of the session, participants will be able to convert some key components of a face-to-face lesson into a virtual lesson. Strategies will include ways to build on student understanding and natural curiosity as well as ways to promote student discourse and communication.
Participants will show mastery by designing a virtual delivery plan of one strategy and presenting it to a small group in order to receive feedback.
