Participants will learn how the Texas Instructional Leadership suite of trainings can assist district and campus administrators develop their instructional leadership skills through the implementation of Data-Driven Instruction, Action Coaching, School Culture, Lesson Design, Formative Assessments, and Aggressive Monitoring. This is an informational session for schools who have an ESF diagnostic or districts seeking to grow its team's instructional leadership capacity around best practices for instructional leadership.
