ESC Region 11 technology staff will be hosting a collaborative workday to review and help districts with security planning assessment based on the SB 820 expectations. The day will consist of diving into the TEA Security Document framework, assisting districts with self-assessment, providing examples of how to improve, and setting the framework for policy and planning sessions at a later date. This session is limited to the districts that have taken part in the Technology Service Contract through the online contract system or utilizing a service agreement in place for the 2019-20 school year.
