Objectives
By the end of this class, participants will be able to relate an infant's development level to food choices and feeding styles in order to meet nutritional needs. Identify key USDA CACFP regulations and requirements related to infant feeding. Apply the infant meal pattern requirements to meals served. List infant meal pattern food components, and distinguish between creditable and non-creditable food and beverage items. Complete and maintain required infant feeding records.
