During this institute, SB IEP trainers and coaches will: 

*Review the National Center on Systemic Improvement (NCSI) Effective Practices for Coaches. 

*Review the 2026-27 Essential Elements for PLAAFP, annual goals, and data collection. 

*Review the 2026–27 Coaching Feedback Report model: compliance and quality elements, rating criteria, and supporting evidence. 

*Practice rating sample PLAAFP artifacts and annual goal and data collection artifacts and write clear, constructive, actionable feedback. 

*Calibrate ratings and feedback across artifacts, so coaches apply criteria consistently. 

*Review the Fidelity of Implementation (FOI) Qualtrics Form. 

*Review frequently asked questions.
