The online courses include Youth Mental Health First Aid training, digital literacy, TEA dyslexia training, analysis of district planning and academic performance, the budget approval process, an overview of school finance, board relations, training, and procedures, a review of superintendent competencies, district maintenance and support services, and a book study with an accompanying assignment.
