It introduces four Research-Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS) that represent essential shifts in bridging research and practice: Balancing Conceptual and Procedural Understanding, Developing the Depth of Key Concepts, Building Coherence of Key Concepts, and Supporting Productive Struggle. This fast-paced day will provide an overview of each strategy, opportunities to reflect on instructional impact, and next steps aligned to the curriculum.
