DESCRIPTION:Early childhood environments look different from other classrooms on campus -- and for good reason. Purposeful and playful teaching and learning are crucial to any program's success. For most coaches, their classroom experiences look drastically different. In this two-day series, coaches and administrators will find ways to support early childhood educators as they create the best learning environments for their young students. All attendees will receive one on-site professional coaching session as well as two online coaching support sessions. This session is aligned with the Instructional Strategies component of the TEA-required self-assessment.
