Participants will engage in interactive activities to review current practices, refine their understanding of compliance and best practices, and collaboratively develop tools and resources to support transition planning. The session includes opportunities for hands-on practice, peer discussion, and resource sharing. This session aligns with the Self-Assessment and SPPI components of secondary transition.
