Learn how to empower your students to activate their flexibility, self-awareness, executive functions, self-regulation, and more superpowers. This curriculum provides a structured teaching approach with 25 evidence-informed, interactive quests (lessons), a step-by-step guide for introducing each lesson, and ideas for what to say and do. Core tips for each lesson will be covered.
