CPI's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® is designed to teach best practices for managing difficult situations and disruptive behaviors. Participants learn how to use nonverbal and verbal techniques to defuse confrontational situations. Participants will also learn how to use Safe Physical Intervention if necessary to keep a student safe.  Participants will learn how to master the intervention techniques they have learned so they are able to teach them to staff at their organization.
