In this session, we will explore the importance of building relationships, effective communication, and keys to setting limits. Participants will understand the importance of building relationships with students and how it impacts their learning and well-being. In addition, we will explore practical strategies for building relationships and how effective communication relates. Lastly, we will practice appropriate limit setting to create a safe and respectful learning environment.
This session is aligned with the behavior component of the TEA-required self-assessment.
